How can I cancel or change my order?
  • Log in to your account at letssaleaway.com and go to My Orders.
  • Look for the status:
    • Processing: You may still be able to cancel or edit.
    • In Production / Shipped: No changes or cancellations are possible.

2. Cancel or Edit (Only If Still in Processing)

  • If your order is still marked Processing, act fast (within 2 hours of purchase):
    • Click Request Cancellation or Edit Order on the order page.
    • You can update sizes, colors, or shipping address (same country only).
    • Cancellations are auto-approved and fully refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. After Production Begins

  • Once your order moves to In Production, it’s in the hands of our print partners and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • This includes design swaps, size changes, or address updates—even if it’s a small typo.
