- In Production / Shipped: No changes or cancellations are possible.
2. Cancel or Edit (Only If Still in Processing)
- If your order is still marked Processing, act fast (within 2 hours of purchase):
- Click Request Cancellation or Edit Order on the order page.
- You can update sizes, colors, or shipping address (same country only).
- Cancellations are auto-approved and fully refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. After Production Begins
- Once your order moves to In Production, it’s in the hands of our print partners and cannot be changed or canceled.
- This includes design swaps, size changes, or address updates—even if it’s a small typo.
